but, well.....
it does have some basis in reality
wikipedia has a pretty good article on it en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midsummer#Sweden
it is the heaviest drinking-holiday in sweden
and to this day there is a pretty significant spike in the swedish birth statistics around march ;)
