I would argue that the use of light is poor (she's way too dark for the scene, needs more bounce light, ideally filtered through the inflatables) and the scene needs some major shopping to take out all the crap like the handles on the inflatables, bad reflections and things in the water.
I can see what they wanted to achieve, but its like this is just the start of what could be a good picture.

It does need a crop, you can see the inflatables aren't actually on the water,
but no asides from the central subject being dark I really liked it.
Oh well...

ones that distract and make you go, "what on earth is that?"
there are all sorts of things in that scene that disrupt the eye, the shadows in the water, handles on inflatables, background noise and the cheap crappy inflatable football her arm is on.
