I'm not sure that one's really spam either.
They don't seem to be made for commercial gain and I personally prefer to see things people have made than things people have found.
Granted, he doesn't seem to have acquainted himself with forum etiquette by posting two games in a row and no introduction, but I personally think people should be encouraged to use the links board to promote things they have made.
