S3 just didn't make the cut.
S4 is promising.

That's the rule of threequels.
They're almost always a disappointment. vide Goodness Gracious Me, That Mitchell and Webb Sound (though series 4 was a return to form), and any number of other things.

Work Outing is definitely the best,
mostly for the pull-quotes on the poster for 'Gay; A Gay Musical'
