Sorry, it's the punchline from a crappy joke
Two Mexicans are wandering around the desert, starving. They're in the middle of nowhere, but luckily, they pass a traveller who tells them that while he has no food himself, he's just passed a bacon tree about half a mile back. Emaciated and crawling through the sand, the two Mexicans eventually arrive and stare at the plant. Sure enough, strips of delicious pork meat hang from every branch. But at that very moment, several banditos jump out, rob them of everything they have, and disappear into the sunset. As they both lie there, one Mexican turns to the other, and says:
"That was no bacon tree, that was a ham bush!"
