I would imagine
in these times of computer tomfoolery, that her days are numbered anyway. Why pay her thousands when you can use the tea lady and then fire up Photoshop?

isn't that how thunderbirds got in trouble, as they weren't proper actors and hadn't been to drama school, and pretended to be trees and shagged each other (or whatever they do in drama school), and yet they were using their hands for the live action shots.
