This is a normal post "A stylish re-user of ideas", like Nolan and Inception in my view.

This is a normal post Bah. Thing is, if you're also a film geek it's very disappoiting watching Tarantino.
Kill Bill 1 & 2 - recognised most of the influences and set pieces, which are abuot 75% of the film. The rrest is awful dialogue, which I alwyas thought was his greatest strength, even if weveryone in his films is basically Tarantino. You should watch kermodes review of Kill Bill. Kill Bill sucks so hard (and JAckie Brown is the best)

This is a normal post Inglorious Basterds I liked, not so much Kill Bill to be honest.
Certainly didn't rate Inception though. Nice idea, but found that the technique got in the way. And that sequence on the mountain in the snow was like bad Bond. Wouldn't necessarily rate Kermode either - he thought Star Trek was good!;-)

This is a normal post As a horror fan in my youth
He should have a stake put through his heart for From Dusk Til Dawn. Once he's been killed, I'll quietly admit that I was stunned the first time I saw Reservoir Dods and Pulp Fiction.
