I work in coffee
So roasting, tasting and pro-Barista. I used to taste up to 200 cups a day but don't work for such a large company now. If you are behind an espresso machine though and serious about giving out good coffee you are sampling shots all the time to check quality and consistency. I try to stop at around 15-20 coffees a day. Then there's roast profiling, batch control, quality control and offer sampling. Training, teaching and just plain old enjoyment. I'm drinking some of our first direct traded coffee at the mo - awesome stuff. Also getting well into single origin Chocolate... mmmmm

Wow. Kool and the gang!
Also- taste 200 cups a day? I know that'd only be a sip or two of each, but christ, surely you'd be shaking by the end of the day. If I have 3+ coffees I have trouble hitting the right laptop keys.
