i'm in a cocktail competition for this in a couple of weeks
If I win I get a trip to Amsterdam. And lots of booze. So wish me luck, because so far I havem't got a scooby do.

call it the CDC. its co-op vodka, lime juice, agwa, pink food colouring! shake it about with ice an that!

I think they're looking for a touch more refinement
but I like the vodka idea

so far:

'Gurn Baby, Gurn'

40ml Zubrowka vodka
25ml Agwa
2.5ml absinthe
30ml pressed apple juice
10ml ginger extract
20ml lemon
10ml egg white

all sounds good up to the egg white which i would have thought would make it a bit vomitty?

Oh no egg white
is good in a 'sour' cocktail. You can't tell it's there.

mayonnaise
caeser dressing, etc - it's fine, just gives the drink a foam. If you ever find yourself in nottingham come to brass monkey and i'll change your mind.

Failing that i'll get you smashed. Win win really.
