How does that grab everyone? Or should it be the Ship Inn? Or 'other'?

The Bank is very central/not chavvy & next to The Lanes, if we want 'louder'.

and no, I wouldn't inflict a saturday night in BBB on anyone either. The Palace though is largely harmless fun and only over the road.

Anywho - my vote goes to "start in Colston Yard, or the Ship Inn and see what happens from there"

(with a slight preference for the Ship over the Yard- though last time I was in the Ship I was horrified at the price of cider. I very nearly didn't get ABSOLUTELY TWATTED).

Ship Inn is also cool with me, I'm not massively fussed. I got chucked out of there once about 4 years ago, haven't been back since.
