This is a link post Leonard Nimoy ( & beeping pet rock) demonstrates laserdisc player.
Cute demo video from 1981. Apparently, this product was a complete
disaster (according to the description & some comments), but it doesn't
make the video less watchable :-)

This is a normal post The only laser disk i've ever seen was a softcore porn movie called "Hot Bubblegum"
I was impressed by the still frame feature.

No more looking past the interference lines on VHS for the perfect moment :)
