..but one tiny thing he says is true. This 'positive discrimination' thing is bollocks. I'm sure white, black, asian...ALL people should agree that people should be chosen for a job on merit.
I know of an employer who has just created a 'diversity manager'...Erm, the workplace in question is already diverse. There are already people of different races, religions etc....Nobody was paying it any mind. Everyone was lovely and integrated until it was brought up, now people are concerned about the REAL reason people are or aren't employed.
Well done, genius, you just promoted racism a little bit. fail.
