I can confirm as I used to watch it.
It was on every weeknight at 6pm. The cheat & tips show (with Walliams) was on Thursdays IIRC. There was also a review show, a couple of competition shows where people played various 2 player games against each other and also people trying to play games, live, via telephone (press 2 to go up, 8 down etc. WITH the invariable few seconds of time delay).
Um yeah, can't remember that much else tbh.

they used to do those telephone games on Live and Kicking too
I remember then being at the same time slightly impressed by the technology and slightly disappointed that it was shit.
I although remember thinking that there was someone in the studio listening to the beeps and then pressing the buttons for the game.
