Nowhere in the video does it make that claim.
He says the cannabis stops him being sick due to the medicine. It porlly also helps his missus with the MS (which i have heard of before).
Also, I don't know whay you call him IRA, he is in Auckland, New Zealand.

Did you read it?
OP says partner fighting MS he's her 24Hr carer who's been using it to ward off Brain Tumour for past 10 years
And second link claims His spirit hearkens back to the days if the Irish Republican Army (IRA); when Bobby Sands refused to give into the British terrorist state and ultimately died of starvation in one of the harshest kinds of death.
Whole thing lacks any credibility for me after that
*edit* it also says his missus doesn't smoke it

Ok, I just read the second link.
That's not his words, and it's not his fault if that's someone else's take on it. I'd say there's pretty obviously another agenda at work there.
And I do think it's perfectly legitimate to say he's been using weed in combination with chemo in order to ward off Brain Tumour. It's fairly standard to combine drugs in order to minimize side-effects. To that degree it can all be said to be part of his treatment.

Its use as an anti-nausea medication is well established
and it's used extensively for that purpose all over the world, often at the suggestion of medical professionals (in those places where it won't land them in prison).
It's particularly commonly used in combination with chemotherapy, which frequently causes extreme nausea due to its toxicity. And that's exactly why he claims to use it in the clip above.
