I'd have been interested
to have heard him comment on what his doctors tried to do to stop the vomiting. I'm no medical professional, but I had a stomach disorder a few years back and i was warned that after just a few weeks the stomach and throat would not be able to take regular vomiting. And of course, any medicine taken orally would be expelled anyway and the vid shows tablets. I'm not calling fake; just a little suprised his doctors allowed him to vomit constantly for 12 months but did nothing and if he was puking up the tablets (and he implies he couldn't move without being sick), that side effect would stop because his body wouldn't be getting the medicine. Sorry if that upsets the legalise cannabis lobby, but i don't think this counts as evidence either way.
edit: Hang on; if he is puking 24/7/365, what difference would a hunger strike make? He has managed, according to him, to live a year without ingesting food. I now do call shennanigins and other agenda.

This seems compelling
Why would he not have been prescribed anything to stop the vomiting?

Well spotted, plus this...

Which involves a lengthy description of his life in his own words - describing owning tens of thousands of dollars worth of cannabis, owning a plantation whch was spotted using aerial photography, working for gangs, owning an ak47...
In fact, the more I read, the more I'm beginning to think that he's either a habitual liar, or a dodgy fucker who deserves to be in jail!

Crivens, that reads like a bad novel.
I have no particular view on Cannabis either way, in the same way I have no vested interest in fox hunting or the death penalty. None of them affect my life. But if asked to take sides, I usually ask: Who resorted to complete bullshit or hypocracy to make a point first?
Answer: the pro people in all three examples. And the OP is a classic example.

thats odd
I read through it and it says nothing of the sort. The gang members were pursuing him as he was growing the stuff to find better strains to create better treatments, it even details how he was giving it away for free to treat people. What possible reason could you have to invent aspects to try to discredit him? distorting the facts is out of order

You read any of that as facts?
To quote: "He just walked into the bush with a .22 rifle and lived there for nine months, evading the gang members."
Wait a second. He was on an experimental drug. His words. Do you get repeat prescriptions of drugs on test by saying 'I sleep in a tree and live on road-kill and cannabis. Oh and give the medicine to my son because I'm being hunted down like a dog for drug dealing and can't pop into the surgery'?
If you believe that, you are smoking something very good indeed.

My personal fave...
"From a vantage point he saw a "swat team" of armed police headed in his direction and at the same time a "whole bunch of Maoris" approaching from the other direction."
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight!

pfff
WHY would I need to invent anything to discredit him? He seems perfectly adept at doing that himself!

How could he take care of his partner if the slightest movement cause him to puke?
