Channel 4 tend to block stuff in the UK that is otherwise available on their YouTube channel or 4od - if you mention what it is someone may be able to dig up a UK-friendly link.

it's a video by the youtube user potholer54 called "TV tricks of the trade -- Quotes and cutaways"
explaining video editing tricks to mask audio edits in interviews. it contains various examples from different TV programs which may be why it got blocked.

and as such will be subject to the same YouTube restrictions.
From your description I'm guessing it's some examples of how editing can completely change the interpretation of a scene, similar to this clip from Screenwipe?
