I've had a look around one of them
Went there back in 2002 and you can pay to look around them. They're no stranger once you're inside. Lots of wasted space in the odd, low corners that you don't get in regular houses. Good fun though. Lots of architectural guinea-pigs in Rotterdam to be fair.
