I have to admit, my first comment compares a government
to a creative industry of another country, and as such was utterly flawed. Was just obsessing with the arms deals recently.

I have to say I haven't been paying much attention to these arms deals you speak of.
All I know is China is developing a shitload more stuff, like stealth jets, etc.
And don't worry about it; I mean, there's bound to be nice people everywhere, regardless of their governments.
