The village mayor wasn't actually a mayor, but if they had one then he would be it. That's what he told us.
And yes, there was a weird guy next to us but he was just a hobo alcoholic.
I also learned a French/chinese joke about not liking/liking egg rolls. It was hilarious. (may contain lies)
