I gave someone a compounf fracture in football once.
That really sucks, even more for the guy with the busted leg. What also sucked was that he lost his job and had a busted leg for his wedding and honeymoon and he still can't walk properly and causes him pain to this day (it was about 5 years ago). Essentially I fucked his life up in 1 tackle. Although it was a bloody good tackle, I took the ball fair and square, I just landed on his leg at a funny angle. Hmm should be a reply to QOTW.
