Grabbing the audio...
....wasn't a problem, but looking for a frame of the footage I could use for the freeze frame, that was quite a disturbing experience.
On the plus side though, I have now seen 2G1C so many times, it no longer has an effect on me. I can now watch it without flinching, which makes a great party trick.
