I own an iPhone. And as much as I hate the smugness and elitism of Apple; I gave in because it's one of the most technologically perfect pieces of kit I've ever owned.
I know it's cool to hate Apple because of their questionable business practices, and the fact that owning an Apple product DOES make you look like a fud.
But as long as you're modest about your purchase, and haven't bought it just to beat the Joneses/sit in Starbucks showing it off like a fud...well then personally you're a bit of a fud for not considering an Apple product in the first place.
Jake Budd is a complete nobjabber, but he writes some fantastic music.
The fact I want to kick his cunt in doesn't detract from my enjoyment of his music.
The same philosophy applies to Apple for me. I'm not proud to be a fan of Apple's stuff at all. But fucking hell, the stuff they bring out is fantastic.

At the end of the day, Apple are cunts. But Microsoft are VASTLY more cunty. How many of us have qualms about using their products though?

I have to agree with that.
I don't own an iPhone (one was provided for me for business use) and I heartily agree it's a superb out-of-office piece of kit. I don't own one because I have no need for all the apps, gps, GB's of music or whatever cos I'm an old git and can't be bothered with it all. The tablet saga is just another step in the 'look at me and my amazing gizmo' trend which I really don't need or want.
Mini-rant over. Gotta be up early to buy wifey a tablet. Any betan's know which one is a good'un? (not iPad, I am not earning enough)
