I made some ginger beer earlier in the year.
I opened the first bottle and it ripped the wired stopper off the bottle and sprayed it's contents all over my kitchen ceiling. I now have 5 other bottles that I'm afraid to open but I'm also a bit worried that they'll explode by themselves if I dont open them soon.
