Here's something that CallMeDave and his bumptious cronies can't stiff us for...
3 months in the making, 20 minutes in the drinking, cost - less than a tenner to make 6 bottles of really tasty fizz.
Blimey. Feeling the buzz already! :)

but you've just shared a video of someone opening a bottle of champagne and pouring it into glasses. At the very least I thought it'd be the recipe.
Yours, disappointed

They do sell kits to make the stuff (not linked to the company)

"We brewed this in April 2012 using dried elderflowers - our first attempt. Tonight, 20th July 2012, we sampled the first bottle from our first batch, this is the result!"
That's yours truly in the vid by the way.
Would be good to see more people making homebrew booze - tastes fab if you get it right, gets you well and truly pissed and the hangover is minimal.

I just opened my first batch of Black Cherry. Fucking horrible and watery, gets you pissed though.

I opened the first bottle and it ripped the wired stopper off the bottle and sprayed it's contents all over my kitchen ceiling. I now have 5 other bottles that I'm afraid to open but I'm also a bit worried that they'll explode by themselves if I dont open them soon.

Open them under a towel. Just right for catching glass shrapnel. ;)

I've been homebrewing for years now but not tried a fizzy yet.
I usually do variations of the "wurzels" recipe because it's so ridiculously easy.

I've got a further 10 gallons behind me clearing nicely as I type this :)

to chop your own ginger?
EDIT: Think you've encouraged me to get my finger outta my arse and put my next brew on today. Ta!

Plus never been a fan of sparkling wine.
If you've not tried one I recommend a wurzels.
Just don't fill the demijohn up past the shoulder until a few days have past because it get's really active in there.
One of my walls needs re-painting because of it.
