
I've been homebrewing for years now but not tried a fizzy yet.
I usually do variations of the "wurzels" recipe because it's so ridiculously easy.

I've got a further 10 gallons behind me clearing nicely as I type this :)

Plus never been a fan of sparkling wine.
If you've not tried one I recommend a wurzels.
Just don't fill the demijohn up past the shoulder until a few days have past because it get's really active in there.
One of my walls needs re-painting because of it.
