Also named in the lawsuit are the gun shops and websites that sold the ammunition and weapons.. wait, no. Nevermind. They had no idea of any potential dangers, but those doctors surely knew he wasn't well and Warner Bros were thoughtless putting out a movie with gun violence in it...

So even without the 43% increase since last weekend

Outside of Denver, open carry is legal in the state of Colorado.
Concealed carry permits are on a shall-issue basis in my county, though one is required to attend training classes and demonstrate good range safety and firearms proficiency before the license is issued.
