Does the talking fast bit make it Hip Hop?
Talking fast and saying Motherfuck does not make a smooth-faced white boy a gangsta. Other than that I guess the lyrics are ok and the music is ok.

Well.....I'm not sure about your suggestion that he is trying to be a gangster. I would say this is more rap than hip hop, but any rap obviously has a big hip hop influence.
