Most of the square plastic buttons-are-in-the-handset are too plentiful to be easily identifyable, some are 1980s repos of earlier styles of phone (and again there were too many of those on the market to confidently identify them) and most of those which are obviously american are hard for me to identify as it's not really my area.

There are a lot of western electric 500 style phones in there too.

There's one Bakelite phone in there which looks like it could be a british pattern (based on the braided cord and the shape of the mouthpiece), but you can only see the handset so it's not easy to identify the actual phone.
