I was thinking about that polonium sushi caper the other year
and the only way of contaminating one person's sushi would be if it was 1. Chef prepared for that person - implicating the chef
2. assuming it is not a Kaiten sushi (and not on a shinkansen direct to table delivery) implicates the waiter.
3. assuming it IS a Kaiten sushi place, every other person there knew to avoid the Anago, implicating everyone there.
4. someone managed to distract him and plonk some polonium on the plate whilst on the table - but surely someone would also notice the distraction.
Also given that you can easily trace the contaminated areas within the premises, you could probably discount the kitchen if need be.
Did it take months to first get detected? I am to lazy to actually read up on it. But I enjoyed thinking about it.

The authorites have been adamant that it was Andrei Lugovoy who dosed him.
They asked for him to be extradited for trial but putin won't give him up.
I've seen his grave in highgate. He's still so toxic he's buried in a sealed lead lined coffin.
