Knees are expensive, why should I have to pay for these idiots who don't realize that running is a really bad wy of staying in shape?
So are we not going to pay out in traffic accidents when the driver was at fault?

There is no way to have a national health service that only treats non-self induced injuries.

The NHS doesn't have the money to give everybody everything they need so it prioritises.
You may not be excluded totally but you won't be at the top of the list.
