I think it's one of those things which
would need to be taken up by a charity and given out in venues for free
A bit like various aids charities do with condoms/lube

What ? you can get condoms and lube for free?
are these pre used and tested for leakes or shiny in the wraper ?
i prefer the the thrill and risk of trying new ones just incaase there is a defect
