always wanted to get one of those boxes but always seemd to spend my money on radio scanners and short wave gear
prices have come down over the years and capability has gone up.
one argument put forward against this sort of thing at the time was, that terrorists would be able to use it to aim and target planes, people seemd to forget that there was a built in time delay of around 15 mins or so
