This pisses me off. Why do web designers / developers put that fucking title on anchors, especially in menu nav bars with drop down sections. IT GETS IN THE WAY, STOP IT YOU CUNTS!!! Wordpress themes are a bitch for this...

I also really think that the title attribute contributes little if anything to optimising.
