It was officially opened by the Prime Minister last month, i'm thinking if that's the case they've got permission from the film company so won't be sued for using the Hobbit brand like everyone else seems to have been.
Not sure about the film, if it was just the one then maybe, the fact they've made three out of such a short book just pisses me off.
