Is this UFO the low budget Brit film with someone famous' sister in it?

Well shit, now I'm confused too.

Edit: Looks like the original link and wikipedia article are for the same film (The one with Brosnan's brother in it). There may or may not be Gerry Anderson links. I just went to the first website that came back from a Google for "UFO movie" and assumed. My bad!

This is a normal post I'm guessing the first given the cover photo above.
The street lighting and telegraph poles and housing look more like an English suburb than an American one. This is a pure guess.
