This is a normal post The music is completely not my cup of tea (although not abhorrent),
but the mixing is completely beyond reproach. Smooth and tasty transitions throughout.

Excellent work. *edit* 7.5/10.

Edit: I'm actually really enjoying this a lot past 35 minutes. I must be getting old. I revise my marking. 7.5/10.

This is a normal post Definitely extremely handy
on the wheels of steel. Vinyl mixing is so much more satisfying. Have Ben and Lex got any recent work available (soundcloud?)? Perhaps on the wheels of plastic? I've got a Kontrol S4 and CDJs. Wheels of plastic, although the latest thing, is nowhere near as effective as wheels of steel or ones and twos as an expression.

I've got a pair of those 1210 mk5g as well as the multiple wheels of plastic and a fuckload of vinyl, but I haven't got a dedicated mixer. The S4 can be used as one, but it's an awesome controller and a totally shite standalone mixer. I really need to pick up a DJM600 or some such.

My mate was offering me a Behringer DJX700 for £50 for about a year but I never bought it. It's got all the features etc., but it's total baws to use and total baws in sound quality. Pioneer for mixers all the way for me. I once spilled a full bottle of Magners into my mates brand new DJM600 while I was playing in a club (and the music played until it went off with the sound effect of it actually going underwater!). Anyway, I gave my mate my new DJM600 and put his "knackered" one under my bed. A year later I gave it a try on the off chance and it worked like brand new. Amazing kit.
