First off - that's the roughest looking 20 year old I've seen for a while.
Secondly - OUCH!
And finally - there's something extremely wrong when a woman has to stick one of these up her chuff before venturing outside. Personally, I think any anti-rape, self-defence device should, at the very least, incapacitate the attacker. With this thing I think you're just going to end up with a very very angry rapist and a dead rape victim....
