Someone on /main mentioned a signature problem, and previews not working properly. It also looks like the popular page hasn't updated today.

It's hosted by Cloudflare in the US, but that's not the timezone in the sigs, if that's what you mean.
As I write, it's 23:32 in England (BST), and it's 22:32 GMT/UTC. So let's see, in the sig...

Cloudflare is not the host
They are a proxy. Timestamps will come from the host server.

Germany is on Central European Summer Time (CEST), which is UTC+2.
England is on British Summer Time, which is UTC+1.
The time now is;
UTC: 21:15
England: 22:15
Germany: 23:15
The signature seems to show UTC.
