with apologies as this has most likely be done elsewhere and I know my web-design is crap (but I've only been learning a tiny bit at a time...long way to go!) I thought you may like to see this - a nice guide to what the Daily Mail (boo) says gives you cancer.

you use the istyosty.com/ proxy so the mail gets no ad revenue from clicks from your site, but it seems to be down for me at the moment.
