I've got far too much time on my hands at the moment so this small idea ballooned into too much work really, but what the hell. I don't like how complicated cooking is for beginners, I don't like things that can go wrong easily or require a stressful timing regime. But I like cooking nice food.
So here is the first in a possible series of recipes that are simple enough to do while hammered.

I do like it, but... that backing music is really crashing your narration out.
I can hardly hear you at some points, next time, louder narration OR softer music.
And I do most of my best cooking p1$$3d so carry on the good work fella.

I'd much rather listen to Spiderbait, The Sugarcubes or Belle & Sebastian than my voice to be honest. But I'll remember your advice for next time.
(yep, I'm barely audible by then end)

I just have crap ears, and often rely on lip reading to catch stuff, so when I can't hear people talking it bugs the chuff out of me.
Edit: and I've checked the fridge and have 90% of the ingredients, so I reckon you've inspired me to cook that recipe later this week :)

Love it. I've never even CONSIDERED potatoes in an omelette before, I will be trying this. But I don't drink, so is it legal to make this when you're not pissed or not A SCOTCH?
Oh, and what he said. Vocals MORE music LESS.

Sobriety and Non-Scottishness allowed. Encouraged even.
I used to live with a Spanish guy, Jesus, who cooked this damn thing every day. Myself and another flatmate (this one was French) used to say behind his back we thought it was weird - I'm therefore not surprised potatoes in an omelette isn't obvious. After a few attempts though it became my favourite meal.

Totally doing this this weekend. Not sure where to get the Tennants, but I'll try my best.
