It's highly possible that she's lip synching, but I think she is the
actual singer & just did it this way for the sake of the video to make it
look more "professional" as it were.

This is a normal post My guess is a synch,
because the sound is too damn good for me not to see a mic closer! I've heard many versions of this song, even did one myself which thankfully is now just so much landfill. This version is very good indeed, I must check her channel for other stuff.
