This is a normal post Kind of takes the fun out of homebrewing
The waiting, the weeks and weeks of waiting, the smell of it fermenting, the knowledge that your careful and patient care for the big tub in the corner of your kitchen will garner a tasty and manly brew you can call your own, stronger than the piss you usually drink down the pub. Then the drinking, enjoying a few days of the best ale you'v ever had, until it finally turns on you, that moment a couple of weeks after cracking that rotakeg tap to open for the first time, when you wake up at 5pm two days after a sesh feeling like there's a Tasmanian Devil trying to escape your skull. Then you simply pour away the remains of the beautiful monster you created, and start again, skrubbing the inside of that opaque scratched plastic womb of a brewbin a little harder this time, remembering to let it settle a bit longer maybe next time.

Yup you can stick your stainless steel automated characterless brewing techniques, may as well just go buy a keg from a brewery at those prices :)

This is a normal post I don't know.
I just would rather the whole brewing process be easier and more accessible.
/edit: Also I misread 5pm as 5am, if that's not blatantly obvious by now. Meaning I sort of misunderstood a lot of your post. Anyway, carry on.

This is a normal post Ah sorry I get you now,
I dunno, sure 7 day brew is great, and it will be a lot nicer than what I make, the hangovers are not fun... But at that price it kind of defeats the point of homebrewing for me? Its supposed to be cheap, haphazard, hobby type of affair. Then again, "press button and beer comes out" is probably every man's dream.

This is a normal post Sorry if it sounded like I was being a twunt.
Anyway I've never tried homebrewing.

This is a normal post I saw this on fark
And the conclusion of the thread was that the beer probably tastes a bit shit due to the pre-made mix. Also probably more expensive than just buying beer.

This is a normal post No, you can put your own ingredients into it.
You can even brew beers that have never been invented yet. Says so on the vid.
