This is a link post Training AIs to write poetic prose
Slightly pretentious bloke talks about training his AIs to write poetic prose about the world around them, based on image recognition, time and location stamps.

Sort of funny, but mostly just beardy.

This is a normal post What am I missing?
The poetry had nothing to do with the picture or whatever, it just used the description of the scene as the first words of some fucking meaningless crap?

I mean, Google are using it to diagnose eye disease from 2D images. That's a huge change, massive. The world will never be the same and the possibilities are only limited by our imagination.

Am I missing something or am I dead inside?
