This is a normal post £9000/year + living costs to go to an ex-technical college in the Fens.

This is a normal post not all courses are
unless you've researched lincoln and found that they are.

I think tax incentives have been offered to those with low prices to try and encourage not every one to go for the 9 grand option.

I cannot be arsed to google to find out though.
