Dammit!
The ability of Jack Thompson to practise his dodgy lawsuits has been a
mainstay of my, 'See? the yank system isn't simply weird - it's actually
insane' contention for the last few years.
Now I'm going to have to go to the effort of looking up other examples,
such as Ann Coulter, her not at all nutcase ideas, and their
regurgitation by Fox News. How depressing.
