I'll admit replacing "Avoid Alcoholic Drinks" with "Don't Drink Alcohol" is better
as it's much stronger and definite.
However "Take at regular intervals" is perfectly fine, especially when it says "dont take any more than 8 in a 24hr period" underneath it, and "Take 2 at a time".
Who did they interview? sponges?

I think the new ones are much clearer.
It's easy to scoff, but I could see this making the life of someone with learning disabilities, people for whom English is a second language etc much easier.
