People who continue sniffing without blowing their noseSniffing is disgusting. It's also pointless: if your nose is running, then by sniffing you're just moving the mucus up... in order to come down again. Repeat the cycle.

NoseI work with a lot of Chinese people, for whom it is culturally more acceptable to snort snot back up their nose than to blow their nose in public. So that's nice.
