Accidental animal crueltyI once invented a brilliant game - I'd sit at the top of the stairs and throw cat biscuits to the bottom. My cat would eat them, then I'd shake the box, and he would run up the stairs for more biscuits. Then - of course - I'd throw a biscuit back down to the bottom. I kept this going for about half an hour, amused at my little game, and all was fine until the cat vomited. I felt absolutely dreadful.
Have you accidentally been cruel to an animal?

i had a friendwho got a gerbil. knowing, as some of you have found out for yourselves, that their tails can drop off if you don't handle them carefully, I told him that, like lizards, gerbils also possessed the incredible ability of regeneration.
Thinking this was there "BEST THING EVAAAAA!" he dutifully yanked at his poor gerbils tail until it gave up and parted from its owner leaving an ugly bloody streak in its wake.
The tail never grew back, and I don't think either of them ever forgave me :(
