It's not pluralising, but implying ownership, hence Tesco's - The store is owned by Tesco, or Asda's - The store owned by Asda.
Oh and it would be either Morrisons for the name of the company and Morrisons' to imply ownership of the shop.
So, no, it doesn't annoy me in the slightest
