I have to agree with this.I used to smoke because I got a buzz, then I smoked because it was something to do, then I realised I smoked because I was craving it. After giving up I've not missed it.
That said, I do li,e the taste of a cigar every now and again, and I have no problem with people smoking around me.
If you want to smoke, do it, but don't pretend for a second it really makes you feel better or that feeling like you need a cig every few hours means you're experiencing some kind of pleasure that non-smokers don't.
